Where is the Shop?
Tap your marble balance in the lobby. The Shop has the Starter Pack (first 3 days only), Workshop Pro, marble bags and heritage packs for nations you haven't unlocked yet.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Workshop Pro, the Starter Pack, heritage packs and Unlock All Nations are restored on the same Apple Account. Marble bags are consumable and are not restored as an unused balance.
A purchase didn't arrive
Make sure you're online, then reopen the Shop or tap Restore Purchases. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the date of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do I need an account or Game Center?
No. You can play everything without signing in. Signing in to Game Center adds leaderboards and achievements; scores are sent only when Game Center is available.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Progress is saved on your iPhone. The game has no cloud save of its own, so deleting the app may remove your progress. One-time purchases can be restored afterwards.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Matches, the workshop and the career all work offline. The Shop and Game Center need a connection.
My top broke. What now?
A split top goes back to your cabinet. Glue it in the Workshop (free with Workshop Pro), pick another top, or turn a new one on the lathe.
How do I change the language?
The game follows your iPhone's language the first time it opens. You can switch between English, Korean and Japanese in the game's Settings.
