Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information when you play Spinyard: Road to Glory (“Spinyard”, “the game”) on iPhone. The short version: the developer does not collect your personal data, the game has no ads, and it does not track you.
Data stored on your device
Spinyard stores your gameplay progress, settings and purchase entitlements locally on your device. The developer does not operate a game-account server and does not send this progress to any server operated by the developer. Removing the app may remove your local progress. Device backups are managed by your device settings.
Game Center (optional)
You can play without signing in to Game Center. If you do sign in, the game submits your scores and achievements to Apple Game Center. Apple manages your Game Center account and who can see this information, and you can manage Game Center in your device settings. See Apple's Game Center privacy information.
In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. The game uses Apple's transaction information to deliver purchases and to restore eligible one-time purchases. The developer never receives your payment-card details. Consumable marbles are stored on your device and are not a cloud-synced balance.
No advertising, analytics or tracking
This version of Spinyard contains no advertising and no third-party analytics SDK, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Contacting support
If you email support, the developer receives your email address and whatever you include in the message, and uses it only to answer you. Please don't include sensitive personal information. You can ask for your support emails to be deleted by writing to the address above, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
This website
This website is a static site hosted by Cloudflare. It uses no cookies and no analytics of its own. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
This policy will be updated if the game's data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
